I completed a Master’s of Social Work from York University in 2013. I have worked for over ten years in community and hospital settings providing individual and group counselling and therapy. I have supported numerous adults struggling with diverse mental health challenges, interpersonal difficulties, and life stressors. My BA and MA in Sociology support me in positioning individual challenges in the broader social context and systems of power and oppression.

I have extensive training in CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed approaches. I am a Certified Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy Facilitator.
